Basis Bay has unveiled its new Basis Bay Enterprise Servers via its strategic partnership with Bull S.A., the European-based global IT provider, at a signing ceremony held recently. The Jazz Series scalable servers on Open architecture are the first ever Malaysian OEM Enterprise Class Servers as they will be locally assembled.

The new range of “Basis Bay Enterprise Servers – JAZZ Series” will be based on Bull’s flagship NovaScale servers, powered by Intel® Itanium® 2 processors and Bull’s innovative FAME (Flexible Architecture for Multiple Environments) technology.

The Jazz Series servers powered by Bull are ideal for data warehousing, business intelligence, application servers, secured front-end applications, development and High Performance Computing (HPC).
