ACCOUNT MANAGER
The role of an Account Manager is to assist Basis Bay sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities include:
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Work with the support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the organization’s vision and core values
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
• Conduct market research and coordinate the generation of new business relationships for all product families to enhance the organization’s revenues and profits
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
Competencies and Skills Required:
