ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT (IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES)

The Enterprise Architect plays a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client’s requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of Basis Bay’s offerings.
Responsibilities:

Develop solutions – understand and translate buyer requirements into a solution offering.

Work with Sales team to close on opportunities.
-
Design and Architect end to end solutions content.
-
Client Management – managing client buyer and decision maker.
-
Solution costing – preparing the cost model estimates and obtain approval from relevant stakeholders.

Project manage – stakeholder management and documentation.
-
Interfacing with the delivery team and ensuring the solution transition to operations.
Requirements:
-
At least 8 years of relevant IT experience including role as architect.

Experience in Network, Security, Data Centre or Enterprise Infrastructure.

MUST HAVE working knowledge on proprietary systems such as IBM zSeries, iSeries.

Knowledge in Cloud model which include Private Cloud and/or public cloud.

Interpreting why buyers buy and translating these reasons into a solution.

Knowledge in financials which include project costing, Capex, Opex, ROI and TCO.

Experience in preparing BOM and working with partners or vendors.

Good writing skills in developing content for bids and proposals.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with C-Level Executives.

Familiar with IT market dynamics in particular, technologies that are hot in the market and at what price points customers are buying them.

Highly motivated and is at ease with handling or managing multiple tasks at any one time.

ITIL and/or project management certification is an advantage.

Open to expatriates and local.
